Since I have a huge love for music, I figured I would showcase some gig posters of my favorite bands. The design for the Beck poster was to signify the success of his second album, Odelay, releasing him from the horribly thought of being a on-hit-wonder. Being that Odelay is labeled his trophy album, I decided to use the imagery of his head placed on a plaque with the tag underneith reading the album that gained him much of his success. With the Devendra poster, I wanted to illustrate the weird, freak folk style of his music while still showing a hint of his hippy nature with the use of the bird on top of his head.
